The Atlanta Falcons today announced that WUPA-TV (Atlanta’s CW69), the team’s new local television broadcast partner, will broadcast a Falcons draft special titled Atlanta Falcons: Inside the Draft on Monday, May 12 at 10 p.m.
Wes Durham and Dave Archer will host the hour long special, featuring exclusive interviews with T Jake Matthews, general manager Thomas Dimitroff, and head coach Mike Smith. Cameras will follow Matthews on his journey from Radio City Music Hall to Atlanta providing behind-the-scenes footage of his draft day experience. Atlanta Falcons: Inside the Draft will also feature analysis on each pick from Durham and Archer, fan tweets, and draft trivia.
Atlanta’s CW69 (WUPA-TV) will serve as the team’s local television broadcast partner during the 2014 season, kicking off their coverage of the club with Atlanta Falcons: Inside the Draft. WUPA-TV can be found locally at channel 1069 on AT&T U-Verse, channel 709 on Charter, channel 810 on Comcast, channel 69 on DirecTV, and channel 6376 on Dish Network.
