At about 5:50 p.m. ET, NFL Network’s Rich Hollenberg went on air to report that he had spoken to general manager Thomas Dimitroff and Dimitroff said that, while demands from Houston have not been altogether unreasonable, it’s “highly unlikely” that the Falcons will trade up to No. 1.
Hollenberg said that Dimitroff has actively been working the phones and that a trade could get done with St. Louis or the Falcons would be content to sit at No. 6.
